Adapting With Intentions- 4 Easy Ways To Be Intentional While Impacting People

I believe humans are the most adaptable creatures on this earth. Throughout our life we go through so many changes, from life threatening changes to simple changes like taking a different route to work or trying a different type of food for the first time. Change is what we are meant to do. Depending where we are, or who we are with, we naturally adapt. But within every adaptation there are two roads. One road that can lead to destruction and one road that meets your potential. The one thing that the world tries to take from you is your awareness. This awareness is what prevents the adaptation to lead to the deep end. For every good opportunity there is destruction, but the person that survives is the one that leads with intention and sees the destruction before they adapt to the new opportunity and adapts in a way that meets their potential. Self-love starts with discipline, taking inventory of your intentions and staying true to your God. It’s hard to reflect and do what you know you should do, but trust me it will be harder when destruction comes. Work on yourself now. Ephesians 5:15-17 15: Be very careful, then, how you live - not as unwise but as wise, 16: making the most of every opportunity, because the days are evil. 17: Therefore do not be foolish, but understand what the Lord’s will is. I wanted to share some exercises I do every morning and before I go to sleep to align me with God’s will. 1. Praying for God to reveal your purpose for today. And pray for people that come to your heart. Read the word ( study a topic that aligns with his purpose) 2. Journal Format: These are the things I write in my journal. What are my intentions for today? People you will pour into today?

- Read a book that aligns with your intentions. 3.Night time journaling: Things I learned today. Rate myself from 1-10 on completing God’s will today. 4. Meditate on your day, and connect your emotions to every intention. You can always reach out to me if you need any further information. I would love to share.
